Seamlessly transition into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation inducing profound calm and rest. This unique combination of Yin and Yoga Nidra creates a harmonious session, seamlessly weaving gentle postures with the soothing embrace of guided meditation. Join us for a calming session, where Yin Yoga sets the stage for the tranquil serenity of Yoga Nidra, leaving you with a sense of ease and balance.

Yoga & Journaling

Our Yoga & Journaling class offers you the opportunity to bring more clarity and balance into your life through a mindful yoga practice and reflective writing guided by reflection questions. Sabrina, a yoga teacher and psychotherapist, offers you a safe space in which you can reflect on your thoughts and perceptions and be mindfully guided through your yoga practice. 

What to expect:
We start with a short journaling session to get you in the mood for the class. With the help of targeted questions, you will reflect on your current thoughts and emotions and set an intention for the yoga practice that follows. 
This is followed by a gentle, mindful yoga practice that is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. 
Afterwards, we will again take time for journaling. This gives you the opportunity to reflect on your experiences during the yoga session and to record further thoughts and insights. 
You are welcome to bring your own journal or similar and a pen, otherwise you are also welcome to use the paper and pens we provide.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Folding a Yoga Mat

Immerse yourself in the world of Hatha Flow Yoga, a dynamic yet gentle yoga practice that combines traditional Hatha elements with flowing movements. This class is ideal for improving your flexibility, strength and mental clarity while practicing in a harmonious flow of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques).

Course content:
- Flowing asanas: Learn and deepen asanas in a flowing sequence that strengthens and stretches your body.
- Pranayama: Breathing techniques to support your practice and help you develop a deeper connection to your breath.
- Mindfulness and Meditation: Integration of mindfulness exercises and meditation to promote inner calm and mental clarity.

The Hatha Flow Yoga class is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Whether you are just starting out or want to deepen your existing practice - everyone is welcome!

Cacao & Yoga

Immerse yourself in a transformative cacao yoga ceremony that combines the healing properties of cacao with the mindful practice of Mindful Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
What to expect:
- Bodyscan and intention setting: Laura will begin the ceremony with a guided body scan to relax the body and bring awareness to the present moment. We will then set a personal intention for the ceremony to create our practice with a clear focus.
- Mindful drinking of cacao: Enjoy a cup of high quality, ceremonial cacao. Cacao is known for its heart-opening properties and promotes feelings of love and connection.
- Mindful Vinyasa Flow Yoga: After savoring the cacao, Sabrina will guide you through a gentle, mindful yoga sequence. This practice helps to deepen the effects of the cacao and open the body.
- Reflection: The ceremony concludes with a guided meditation, giving you space for personal reflection and inner contemplation.
